The PAO-NWL
The Northwestern Luzon Chapter of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology was founded in 1987.
We serve communities in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur-Abra, La Union, Pangasinan, and The Cordillera Administrative Region.
Our members are ophthalmologists committed to helping others see better and live fuller lives. We take our convictions and turn them into action.
